Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?
No. Your first match from the homepage is free and needs no account, so you can see real specialists, rates and a scoped brief before you pay. Contacting specialists and opening roles is part of every plan.
What is the platform fee?
A percentage of the work you pay for through Side.work: 12 percent on Starter, 8 percent on Growth and 5 percent on Scale. It is added to approved hours on your invoice. The specialist keeps 100 percent of their agreed rate.
What happens when I upgrade?
The new plan starts right away and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged at that moment. Your usage, roles and contracts stay as they are.
What counts as an intro?
Each specialist you contact for a role uses one intro from your monthly allowance. Deleting a role or a conversation does not give intros back. The allowance resets with each billing month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Payments are final, see the refund policy.
Do you offer net-30 invoicing?
Yes, on Scale. Work invoices can carry your PO number and are payable within 30 days. Starter and Growth pay work invoices by card.
